Established in 1991, TLM Constructors, Inc. is a family-owned civil construction company with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and timely project delivery. Over the years, we have grown into a trusted regional contractor serving both northern and southern Colorado.
TLM operates from two strategically located offices, with our headquarters in our northern division in Greeley, Colorado, and our southern division located in Swink, Colorado. Both locations include maintenance facilities and equipment storage yards, allowing us to efficiently support projects across the region.
We provide a diverse range of civil construction services, including Structural Concrete, Bridge Rehabilitation, Concrete Flatwork, Drainage and Utilities, and Earthwork. Our clients include the Colorado Department of Transportation, city and county governments, commercial contractors, and the agricultural industry. Depending on project requirements, we perform work as both a prime contractor and subcontractor.
