TLM was contracted to remove and replace an aging bridge that no longer met state rating standards. In addition to construction, TLM provided the bridge and supporting structure design. The project required an accelerated schedule to allow the Canal Company to resume water delivery to hundreds of farmers and shareholders by March 15. TLM successfully completed the entire substructure and set the steel girders before water was introduced, with the concrete deck placed within two weeks of girder installation. The project also included roadway grading to accommodate the raised bridge elevation and improve canal flow capacity.
